They did a fabulous job, were very professional, provided great advice and kept me well informed through the entire process prior to putting it on the market through the closing. I had a great experience with Mrs. Franklin. I was very nervous and apprehensive about selling my condo, but Mrs. Franklin was there to assist me every step of the way. The property was placed on the market and sold the same week! Mrs. Franklin is an awesome real estate agent. Four stars do not do her justice. When we first decided to list our property for sell I was very apprehensive. After meeting Thuy all of the anxiety and fear melted away. Thuy was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. At our first meeting see brought a booklet of all the information we would need to look at and sign as well as a break down of houses sold in the area. With her help we were able to figure out a good asking price. Thuy was available 24\7 if we had any questions and even helped us find a mover when our original didn't show up. I could not have asked for a better realtor.
